Accessibility statement for Voice-Care
This accessibility statement applies to Voice-Care, a voice-interactive clinical workflow and communication solution provided by Voice-Care International Ltd. Voice-Care is designed to support healthcare professionals with real-time voice-directed workflows and provide secure updates to next of kin through a companion mobile app.
Accessibility standard
Voice-Care has been developed with accessibility in mind and is intended to align with the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably practicable for the core user interfaces and workflows used by clinical staff and authorised users.
The WCAG 2.1 guidelines provide internationally recognised criteria for making digital products more accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnifiers, or alternative input methods.
Current compliance status
Voice-Care has undergone accessibility assessment using a combination of automated accessibility testing tools and manual reviews focused on core clinical user journeys. These assessments include basic checks for:
Text scaling and colour contrast
Screen reader compatibility on key workflows
Accessible labelling of interface elements
Logical navigation and interaction order
These assessments indicate that many accessibility success criteria at WCAG 2.1 Level AA are met for the primary clinician-facing workflows and the companion mobile app.
Known limitations
There are known limitations where some WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria are not fully satisfied at this time, including:
Certain complex interactive screens may not be fully optimised for screen reader technologies
Some advanced voice-directed controls or visual dashboards may not yet meet full keyboard or assistive technology interaction parity
Non-critical informational elements in the mobile app may not fully meet contrast requirements
These limitations do not block core clinical workflows and are logged for remediation in future releases.
